ITISE-2021. Thanks for your participation

First, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the participants of this new edition of ITISE and to all the Institution that have Support and collaborate with this Conference. Many people have collaborated and worked hard to produce a successful ITISE 2021 conference. First and foremost, we would like to thank all the authors for submitting their contributions to the conference, for their presentations and discussions during the conference. Our thanks to Program Committee members and reviewers, who carried out the most difficult work by carefully evaluating the submitted contributions. We hope it has been a very fruitful congress.

We wish to communicate the Special Issue by the Forecasting Journal. This is the link to the SI is: https://www.mdpi.com/journal/forecasting/special_issues/ITISE_2021 The title of the SI is: "New Challenges in Energy and Finance Forecasting in the Era of Big Data" with deadline 31/12/2021. It is open to all the interested researchers, with particular attention to the attendees of the ITISE 2021 conference.

Finally, the committee wants to send a message of encouragement, concern and support to the entire research community that is affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Under these uncertain circumstances, the safety and well-being of our participants has been on top of the agenda. The conference has been adapted to fulfill the regulations imposed by the competent authorities.

Welcome to ITISE 2021. 19th-21th July, Gran Canaria, Spain

The ITISE 2021 (7th International conference on Time Series and Forecasting) seeks to provide a discussion forum for scientists, engineers, educators and students about the latest ideas and realizations in the foundations, theory, models and applications for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research encompassing disciplines of computer science, mathematics, statistics, forecaster, econometric, etc, in the field of time series analysis and forecasting.

The aims of ITISE 2021 is to create a a friendly environment that could lead to the establishment or strengthening of scientific collaborations and exchanges among attendees, and therefore, ITISE 2021 solicits high-quality original research papers (including significant work-in-progress) on any aspect time series analysis and forecasting, in order to motivating the generation, and use of knowledge and new computational techniques and methods on forecasting in a wide range of fields.
