Regular, Student, Program Committee and Special Session organizer registration includes:

Student registration: Students must be currently-enrolled full-time students in an accredited university graduate or undergraduate program with a current student ID. They must send a justification or their status and present a current university student identification card for the registration at the conference desk when requested.

Supplementary Rate registration: necessary fee when an author presents several papers. Proceedings are included. If the same author presents several papers, a publication fee is due for each supplementary paper (180 €, suplementary rate).

Accompanying Person registration includes:

Authors of accepted contributions must register before 26th July, 2017; their payment must be received by this date. The registration, before the deadline, is mandatory for the publication in the proceedings. One author registration will guarantee the publication of at most one accepted paper. The Supplementary Rate registration must be paid when an author presents several papers. The deadline to cancel a registration, with the possibility to reimbursement is two months before the Conference.
